Hi
I want to change my front fork springs on my KLR 650C
I've eared that progressives springs are a good choice
Which model could you advice for this bike (80% road, 20% off road)
Wirth?
Hyperpro?
WP?
Wilbers? ...... etc
Thank you for your answers

Hi,
as Chef said, Wilbers are also my first choice. Promoto is basically the Same (manufactured by Wilbers).
The main aspect is to get rid of those spacers above the springs and install the longer springs using the whole space.
Progressive springs are, in addition, the simplest way to reduce braking power of the front end for a smoother ride.
And first of all - anything is better than a 20 years old stock suspension!
Cheers, Jo _________________ Schbass ham! |

Thank you for your opinion
I will change for the Wilbers springs at 139€ because original springs are really too smooth
best regards
